This electronic belt conveyer scale is installed on the belt converer at small inclination degree. It adopts fully suspending type of weighing bridge without fulcrum and moving parts. Thus the scale system has the features of high precision, long-time stability, good wighing capability and so on.
Fully suspending structure of 4 groups idler, without trunnion fulcrum and moving parts, which brings little maintenance. Unique rectangular lever with superior steel property, non-deforming and stable.
Construction in unit form, convenient & speedy installation. Four pieces of weighing load cells get little influence from bias load and give weighing measurement at high accuracy.
With capability of lateral force resistance and level distributed-force resistance, it efficiently reduces the influence to the system accuracy by belt deviation and material blanking.
